Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Cleans and services assigned guest cabins to company standards twice daily.
2. 2Makes beds, replenishes towels, and restocks cabin amenities.
3. 3Performs evening turndown service including chocolate and towel art.
4. 4Responds to guest requests promptly including extra pillows, blankets, and supplies.
5. 5Maintains cleanliness of assigned corridor areas and pantry stations.
6. 6Reports maintenance issues in cabins to the engineering department.
7. 7Manages cabin minibar inventory and restocking.
8. 8Assists with cabin preparation during embarkation and disembarkation days.
9. 9Creates towel animals and decorative arrangements for guest enjoyment.
