Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Plans and manages all entertainment and activities programming onboard.
2. 2Hosts main shows, events, and serves as the ship's Master of Ceremonies.
3. 3Develops daily activity schedules and themed event programs.
4. 4Manages the entertainment team including performers, DJs, and activity hosts.
5. 5Conducts port talks and destination presentations.
6. 6Manages entertainment budget and contracts with guest entertainers.
7. 7Creates engaging content for guest communications and announcements.
8. 8Coordinates with sound, lighting, and technical teams for productions.
9. 9Monitors guest satisfaction and adjusts programming accordingly.
