Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Maintains and repairs HVAC systems throughout all guest and crew areas.
2. 2Services air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating equipment.
3. 3Maintains plumbing systems including fresh water, hot water, and drainage.
4. 4Repairs and maintains galley equipment including ovens, grills, and dishwashers.
5. 5Services laundry equipment and ensures operational readiness.
6. 6Responds to guest cabin maintenance requests for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
7. 7Maintains swimming pool filtration and treatment systems.
8. 8Performs preventive maintenance on all hotel-related technical systems.
9. 9Coordinates with housekeeping and guest services for maintenance scheduling.
