ดูแลระบบ IT ทั้งหมดบนเรือ รวมถึง Network, POS System, Guest WiFi และระบบคอมพิวเตอร์

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Manages and maintains all IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and satellite communications.
2. 2Administers the guest Wi-Fi and crew internet systems ensuring reliable connectivity.
3. 3Maintains Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, cabin management systems, and entertainment platforms.
4. 4Provides technical support to all departments for computer hardware and software issues.
5. 5Manages cybersecurity protocols and ensures compliance with company IT policies.
6. 6Maintains CCTV surveillance systems and access control systems.
7. 7Supports audio/visual equipment for entertainment, meetings, and guest events.
8. 8Manages software updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
9. 9Liaises with satellite communication providers and shore-side IT teams.
