Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Maintains and repairs all refrigeration systems including cold rooms, freezers, and provision stores.
2. 2Services HVAC compressors, condensers, evaporators, and expansion valves.
3. 3Monitors refrigerant levels and performs leak detection and repairs.
4. 4Maintains ice-making machines and beverage cooling systems.
5. 5Services air conditioning systems in guest cabins and public areas.
6. 6Performs temperature monitoring and calibration of cold storage facilities.
7. 7Maintains refrigeration logs and reports system performance to senior engineers.
8. 8Ensures compliance with environmental regulations regarding refrigerant handling (F-gas).
