Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Assist in hanging and installing artwork in the onboard gallery and display areas
2. 2Support art auctions by preparing pieces, price tags, and auction paperwork
3. 3Greet guests, share artist and artwork information, and recommend suitable pieces
4. 4Complete sales documents, certificates of authenticity, and coordinate artwork shipping
5. 5Care for the artwork, conduct inventory counts, and store pieces safely
6. 6Promote auction events and art workshops to attract guest participation
