Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Leads the interior team to deliver seven-star service across housekeeping, laundry, and food and beverage.
2. 2Studies guest preference sheets and tailors service, cabin setup, and amenities to each guest.
3. 3Plans table settings, themed dinners, floral arrangements, and event decor for charters.
4. 4Manages interior inventories, wine cellar, and provisioning budgets with the Captain and Purser.
5. 5Trains and schedules stewardesses, setting standards for silver service and cabin detailing.
6. 6Coordinates daily with the Head Chef on menus, dietary requirements, and service timing.
