Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- 1Plan and manage the expedition program, landings, and adventure activities throughout the voyage
- 2Lead and manage the expedition team of naturalists, Zodiac drivers, and guides
- 3Assess weather, ice, and safety conditions to decide on landing sites
- 4Coordinate daily operations with the captain, bridge, and hotel department
- 5Deliver voyage overviews and lead the daily expedition recap sessions
- 6Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and site-visit rules (e.g., IAATO)
