Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Assists the Chief Steward/ess in running daily interior operations and deputises in their absence.
2. 2Oversees the laundry programme for guest linens, crew uniforms, and delicate garments.
3. 3Delivers silver service at formal dinners and manages bar and beverage service.
4. 4Supervises housekeeping standards in guest cabins, including turn-downs and amenity setups.
5. 5Trains junior stewardesses on service technique, cabin detailing, and guest etiquette.
