Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Holds overall command and accountability for the safe operation of the yacht, her crew, and all guests on board.
2. 2Liaises directly with the owner, management company, and charter brokers on itineraries, budgets, and guest preferences.
3. 3Plans and executes voyage itineraries across cruising grounds, including berthing, anchorage, and shore excursion logistics.
4. 4Manages the yacht's operational budget, accounts, and compliance with flag state, MCA, and Yacht Code requirements.
5. 5Leads charter preparation and ensures every department delivers consistent seven-star guest service standards.
6. 6Recruits, develops, and manages crew, maintaining morale and discipline in a live-aboard environment.

• ·ภาษาอังกฤษระดับดีมาก สื่อสารกับเจ้าของเรือ แขก charter broker และหน่วยงานท่าเรือได้อย่างมืออาชีพ
