Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Conducts oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Physical and verbal interactions with guests or fellow shipboard employees.
2. 2Directs, coaches, supports, supervises and evaluates the performance of all direct reports.
3. 3Before the bar opens: reports for duty, opens liquor cabinets, checks juices and mixes, ensures adequate supply of mixes, sodas, syrups, garnishes and ice. Keeps bar area cleaned and sanitized.
4. 4Assists with loading and unloading provisions from the marshaling area to the stores and bars.
5. 5Greets guests by name with a smile, takes correct orders, mixes drinks and cocktails per company standards. Maintains USPH standards at all times. Creates a fun and entertaining atmosphere.
6. 6Is responsible for properly filling orders placed by bar waiters and cocktail waitresses in a prompt and efficient manner.
7. 7Assists in training of new personnel and ensures new crewmembers are fully oriented to proper procedures and policies. Responsible for controlling beverage costs.
8. 8Attends meetings, training activities, courses and all other work-related activities as required. Performs related duties as assigned.

• ·สามารถพูดภาษาเพิ่มเติม เช่น สเปน ฝรั่งเศส หรือเยอรมัน จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
