Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Manages all bar operations across the vessel including lounges, pool bars, and specialty bars.
2. 2Develops cocktail menus and beverage programs.
3. 3Manages bar revenue targets and controls beverage cost percentage.
4. 4Trains and supervises bartenders, bar waiters, and bar utility staff.
5. 5Ensures proper pouring standards and inventory control procedures.
6. 6Conducts regular bar inspections and ensures USPH compliance.
7. 7Manages beverage ordering, receiving, and storage.
8. 8Plans and executes special cocktail events and tastings.
9. 9Monitors guest satisfaction and implements service improvements.
