Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- 1Takes room service orders via telephone and delivers to guest cabins.
- 2Sets up room service trays and trolleys with proper presentation.
- 3Delivers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night orders to cabins.
- 4Manages room service menu and promotes special dining offers.
- 5Collects used trays and trolleys from cabin corridors.
- 6Maintains cleanliness of the room service pantry and preparation area.
- 7Provides attentive and discreet service within guest cabins.
- 8Handles special dietary requests and VIP room service orders.
