Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Manages all housekeeping operations including guest cabins, public areas, and laundry.
2. 2Develops and maintains cleaning standards and inspection protocols.
3. 3Manages housekeeping department budget including supplies and equipment.
4. 4Trains and supervises cabin stewards, cleaners, and laundry staff.
5. 5Coordinates with maintenance for cabin repairs and upkeep.
6. 6Ensures compliance with USPH sanitation and hygiene standards.
7. 7Manages cabin turnover for embarkation and disembarkation days.
8. 8Implements pest control and infection prevention programs.
9. 9Handles guest complaints related to cabin and public area cleanliness.
