Frequently Asked Questions

Does the ฿3,000 C1D fee include the embassy fee?

No — ฿3,000 covers our service (paperwork + interview booking) only. The US embassy fee is ~$185 (~฿6,500) and is paid directly to the embassy. We never mark it up.
How long does a C1D visa take?

It depends on the US embassy Bangkok interview queue — currently 1-3 months. We secure the earliest slot we can and prep your documents within 1-2 weeks of starting.
Which Schengen country should I apply through?

It depends on your flight path and country of first entry. We'll analyze it with you — direct flights to Italy/Spain/France apply there; transit routes apply to the first-entry country.
Is your flight booking cheaper than booking myself?

Ticket prices are the same — we use the same airline systems. Our ฿500/ticket fee covers route analysis, picking flights that meet your ship's arrival window, and handling reschedules or cancellations.
If my visa gets rejected, do I get a refund?

Our ฿3,000 service fee is non-refundable (we completed the work). Embassy fees are non-refundable per their policy. Our approval rate is 95%+ over the past 10 years.
How do I pay for services?
