Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Manages all financial operations onboard including guest accounts, foreign exchange, and cash handling.
2. 2Oversees the front desk and guest services team operations.
3. 3Ensures accurate billing, settlement, and reconciliation of all guest folios.
4. 4Manages the ship's safe deposit boxes and onboard currency exchange.
5. 5Prepares financial reports for each voyage and submits to shore-side accounting.
6. 6Handles crew payroll administration and onboard financial services.
7. 7Manages port documentation including passenger manifests and customs declarations.
8. 8Coordinates embarkation and disembarkation processes.
9. 9Supervises cashier operations in all revenue outlets.
