Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Oversees all hotel operations including Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Entertainment, and Spa.
2. 2Develops and implements service standards to achieve highest guest satisfaction ratings.
3. 3Manages the hotel department budget including revenue targets and cost control.
4. 4Leads department heads meetings and ensures effective inter-departmental coordination.
5. 5Handles VIP guest relations and resolves escalated guest complaints.
6. 6Implements revenue management strategies for onboard spending.
7. 7Coordinates with shore-side operations for port events and shore excursions.
8. 8Conducts crew performance evaluations and manages talent development programs.
9. 9Ensures compliance with USPH, health, and safety regulations in all public areas.
10. 10Represents the hotel department in senior leadership meetings with the Captain.
