Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Sell cruise-line logo souvenirs, apparel, gifts, and general merchandise in the onboard shop
2. 2Arrange displays, restock shelves, and ensure all items are correctly priced
3. 3Process cash, credit card, and cabin-account payments accurately via the POS system
4. 4Provide product information and help guests choose souvenirs and gifts
5. 5Conduct stock counts, flag low inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries
6. 6Keep the shop area clean, tidy, and well organized
