Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Keep the spa, thermal suite, sauna, and treatment rooms clean throughout the day
2. 2Prepare and replenish towels, robes, and products ready for guests
3. 3Welcome and guide guests to service areas and explain how to use the facilities
4. 4Manage linen and product stock, restock supplies, and requisition as needed
5. 5Support therapists and spa receptionists across various service tasks
6. 6Inspect and report any damaged equipment or maintenance needs
