Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Manage the team and plan age-appropriate programmes for children and teens in the ship's youth centre.
2. 2Set rosters, assign duties, and oversee the quality of childcare delivered by the youth staff.
3. 3Ensure child safety and sign-in/sign-out standards, including registration and supervision ratios.
4. 4Communicate with and reassure parents about their children's activities and safety.
5. 5Source and control stock of equipment, toys, and craft materials, keeping them adequate and safe.
6. 6Perform assigned safety and child-supervision duties during drills and emergencies.
