Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Provides full table service to guests in assigned dining venues.
2. 2Presents menus, describes dishes, and makes food and wine recommendations.
3. 3Takes orders accurately and communicates with the kitchen.
4. 4Serves food and beverages following proper service sequence and etiquette.
5. 5Manages assigned tables ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
6. 6Clears tables and resets for the next seating.
7. 7Assists with buffet service and monitoring food stations.
8. 8Maintains knowledge of daily menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
