Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Assists the Chief Cook with daily food preparation for the crew.
2. 2Prepares ingredients, salads, and simple dishes as assigned.
3. 3Takes charge of the galley when the Chief Cook is off duty.
4. 4Cleans the galley, equipment, and food storage areas.
5. 5Assists with receiving and storing provisions at ports.
