Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Produces all bread, rolls, and baked goods for the vessel's restaurants and buffets.
2. 2Prepares dough, manages fermentation, and operates baking ovens.
3. 3Maintains production schedules to ensure fresh bread is available for all meal periods.
4. 4Produces specialty breads and regional varieties as per menu requirements.
5. 5Manages baking ingredient inventory and ensures proper storage.
6. 6Maintains cleanliness and USPH compliance in the bakery section.
7. 7Assists with pastry production during peak periods.
