Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Supports bartenders by restocking glasses, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies.
2. 2Washes and polishes glassware to ensure spotless presentation.
3. 3Maintains cleanliness of bar back areas, sinks, and storage spaces.
4. 4Assists with bar setup and closing procedures.
5. 5Manages delivery of beverage stock from storerooms to bars.
6. 6Handles glass and bottle collection from guest areas.
7. 7Assists with inventory counts and stock rotation.
8. 8Learns bartending skills and mixology under guidance.
