Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- 1Takes drink orders from guests in bars, lounges, and pool areas.
- 2Serves beverages and bar snacks to guests with proper presentation.
- 3Maintains cleanliness of bar area including tables, chairs, and counters.
- 4Manages guest tabs and processes payments accurately.
- 5Promotes specialty drinks and upsells premium beverages.
- 6Assists bartenders with restocking and preparation during busy periods.
- 7Sets up and breaks down bar service areas.
- 8Provides friendly and attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
