Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Oversees all food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, buffets, and room service.
2. 2Develops menus and food concepts in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
3. 3Manages F&B revenue targets and cost control including food cost percentage.
4. 4Ensures compliance with USPH sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
5. 5Trains and develops F&B managers, supervisors, and service staff.
6. 6Implements wine and beverage programs and special dining events.
7. 7Monitors guest feedback and continuously improves dining experience.
8. 8Manages inventory and procurement of food and beverage supplies.
9. 9Coordinates with shoreside for special dietary requirements and provisions.
