Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Manages all laundry operations including guest laundry, crew laundry, and linen services.
2. 2Operates and maintains industrial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, pressers, folders).
3. 3Ensures proper chemical usage and dosing for different fabric types.
4. 4Manages linen inventory and par stock levels.
5. 5Supervises laundry attendants and schedules work shifts.
6. 6Handles dry cleaning and special fabric care requests.
7. 7Maintains laundry equipment and coordinates repairs with engineering.
8. 8Ensures compliance with environmental regulations for wastewater discharge.
