Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Prepare and verify all shipboard revenue and expense accounts across dining, bars, retail, and spa outlets
2. 2Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and guest folio transactions accurately
3. 3Process crew payroll and disbursements together with the purser's office
4. 4Produce daily and weekly financial reports for the Hotel Director and head office
5. 5Control the onboard cash float, safe, and foreign currency exchange
6. 6Support internal audits and enforce compliance with company financial procedures
