Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- 1Supports the Bosun in supervising daily deck operations and deputises in their absence.
- 2Drives tenders for guest transfers and leads water sports sessions (jet ski, wakeboard, snorkeling).
- 3Carries out advanced detailing, polishing, and teak maintenance to charter-ready standards.
- 4Mentors junior deckhands in wash-down routines, line handling, and guest etiquette.
- 5Assists with anchor and mooring stations and maintains deck equipment inventories.
