Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Plans and manages all shore excursion programs at ports of call.
2. 2Negotiates contracts with local tour operators and ground transportation providers.
3. 3Develops excursion descriptions and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
4. 4Ensures safety standards for all shore excursion activities.
5. 5Manages the shore excursion sales team and daily briefings.
6. 6Handles guest complaints and incidents related to shore excursions.
7. 7Coordinates with port agents for logistics and permits.
8. 8Monitors excursion performance and guest satisfaction ratings.
