Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 1Assists guests with shore excursion bookings and information.
2. 2Conducts port talks and presentations about destinations.
3. 3Accompanies excursion groups as an escort when required.
4. 4Manages excursion ticket distribution and check-in procedures.
5. 5Handles guest inquiries about ports of call and local attractions.
6. 6Assists with gangway operations during port calls.
7. 7Prepares excursion materials including maps and information sheets.
8. 8Processes shore excursion refunds and changes.
